Bylaws were updated and officially passed on August 27, 2024, during the virtual Members Business Meeting. These changes will help us continue to lead in developing a competitive workforce and support CTE across the state.

The WV ACTE Procedures Manual details our organizational operations. It includes business processes, officer duties, and committee responsibilities. It also outlines ethical standards and policies on whistleblowing. Additionally, it covers document retention and conflicts of interest. This manual will be reviewed every two years and revisions approved by the Executive Committee.

Review WV ACTE’s strategic plans, which define our vision, priorities, and key initiatives to strengthen CTE throughout West Virginia. These plans direct our work to empower educators, support students, and enhance workforce development statewide.

Making a lasting impact in CTE by joining a WV ACTE Standing Committee! Collaborate with fellow educators, shape key initiatives, and play a vital role in advancing CTE across West Virginia. WV ACTE maintains the following committees: Audit, Awards, Business Outreach, Bylaws/Constitution, Conference, Legislative, Membership, Nomination, and Publication.
