Bylaws

The updated bylaws for the West Virginia Association for Career and Technical Education were officially passed on August 27, 2024, during our virtual Members Business Meeting.

These changes will help us continue to lead in developing a competitive workforce and support career and technical education across the state.

Procedures Manual

The WV ACTE Procedures Manual outlines our business procedures, officer roles, committee responsibilities, ethics codes, and policies on whistleblowing, retention, and conflicts of interest. It is reviewed biennially by the Bylaws Committee, and changes require a majority vote from the Executive Committee.
